Our customers have the advantage to use a new area especially dedicated to arrivals and departures.
If you want to arrive before the normal check-in time, you can deposit your luggage and get changed.
If you want to enjoy even the last day you can deposit the luggage and take a shower before you leave.
This service has to be booked separately for a fee.
Later check in from 9 pm is to pay € 20--30 €
At your arrival you will receive the HOLIDAY- PASS (included) which allows you to use all public transport.
This also includes all ski busses (stop 50mt. from the hotel) from the region Alto Adige. Also, you can take part in all the activity programs, and have discounted prices
