General condition
- The Price are in €uro per day per room for the indicated occupation, with bed and breakfast treatment.
- The tourist tax is mandatory and costs € 3,20 per day per adults (from 14 years)
- The tourist tax most be paid at the check-in, in cash, for payments with credit cards, commission will be applied.
- Check-in is from 03:00 PM to 08:00 PM. Early check-in is possible upon priornotice and subject to availability.
- Late check-in is possible, upon prior communication with a extra charge of € 20,00
- The check-out is within 10:00 AM, is possible the late check out for a fee, upon prior notice and subject to availability.

- We welcome small pets only in the Gran Pré and Picio Pré rooms. With a daily supplement of € 15,00 without food.
- Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room and in the wellness/pool area.
- Smoking is forbidden inside the rooms and in the common areas.
- To speed up the check-in procedures, we ask our customenrs to check-in online.
- We ask to our guest to settle the bill the day before the departure.

The children discount is valid for children sharing a room with two parents.

- 3 - 7 years 50% discount on full price
- 8 - 12 years 30 % discount on full price
- up to 13 years 20% discount on full price in 3° and 4° bed
Guarantee of reservation:
The confirmation deposit most be paid within 3 days of your booking, via bank transfer.
The deposit ammount is € 200,00 per person.
The reservation is binding after the deposit has been credited and our written confirmation.

The payment of the stay can be made by
- Cash for total amounts of your stay below € 999,99 (until 01.01.2022).
- Bancomat or Creditcard (no American Express and Diners)
- Bank transfer and check, with balance 3 working days before departure.
- We ask to our guest to settle the bill the day before the departure.
Cancellation Policy:
Unforeseen events can always happen and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parties. According to the Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal.(according to Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 of the Consumer Code)
Nevertheless, we grant the following cancellation conditions:
- Up to 31 day before arrival is the cancellation free
- 40% penalty of the total price is charged from 30 days to 15 days before arrival
- 60% penalty of the total price is charged from 14 days to 8 days before arrival
- 100 % penalty within 7 days before the arrival
- In case of late arrivals, lower number of guests, early departures or no-show: 100% of the total price is charged
For late arrivals, fewer guests, early departures, or no-shows, the full cost of the stay will be charged, as per the confirmed quote.
