General condition
- The Price are in €uro per day per room for the indicated occupation, with bed and breakfast treatment.
- The prices do not include the tourist tax of € 3.20 per person per day from 14 years ,the said tax is to be paid on site and in cash.
- On your arrival the rooms will be available from 15:00--20:00 and on the day of departure please leave by 10:00. (Early check-in/Late check-out).
- Later check in is a quote to pay € 20--30 € from 9 pm
- In case of arrival after 20:00, please call the management.
- We welcome small pets in the Gran Pré and Picio Pré rooms, on a cost of € 15 per day without food. Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room and in the wellness/pool area.
- It is forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and in the common areas.
- The prices could undergo some variations of increase that depend on the increases of the energy and gas.

For children who sleep in their parents' room (2 paying with full rate) we apply the following discount:
Winter and Sommer season
- 0-2--- 35,00 €
- 3-7 -- 50% discount
- 8-12-- 30 % discount
- from 13 years 20% discount
Guarantee of reservation:
The reservation is considered binding after the credit of the deposit equal to 150,00 € per person and our written confirmation.
The deposit must be sent within 7 days from the reception of the reservation by bank transfer

The payment of the stay can be made by
- Cash for total amounts of your stay below € 999,99 until 01.01.2022).
- Bancomat or Creditcard (no American Express and Diners)
- Bank transfer and check, with balance 3 working days before departure.
- Please pay your Bill 1 day bevor your depatue
Cancellation Policy:
(according to Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 of the Consumer Code): Unforeseen events can always happen and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parties. According to the Consumer Code, there is no right of withdrawal.
Nevertheless, we grant the following cancellation conditions:
- up to 3 weeks before arrival: loss of the confirmation deposit;
- from 2 weeks to 8 days before arrival: 40% of the total price is charged
- less than 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total price is charged;
In case of late arrivals, lower number of guests, early departures or no-show: 100% of the total price is charged
We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.
